1st crash, 1st lab..

hmmm.... crashed &dru's tutorial grp for CS1102C wif meiyee today... sorta expected zf n andy to crash.. but i din expect yvonne n yng yng to crash it also? :S and i was super worried that the class haf not enuff space that those actual ppl of the class can't seat..

luckily, everyone fit in... *phewZ* then when the tutor suddenly say he wans to mark attendence, i squirmed.. n &dru turned back n shot me a "oh-o" look.. :X luckily the tutor din shoo us off... his tutor reallie much better lar.. i wonder if i can continue crashing...

after tt, went for lunch @ biz-ad canteen wif &dru, kokfei, sf n cuixia(sf's mno fren).. well, saw the fried mantou i veri happy... en bot noodles from that stall n 2 mantous.. budden end up dunno why i full alreadi when i finish the mantous.. dunno issit becuz of the oil.. or i pass my hunger period by too much.. i tink i reallie gotta eat veri little for lunch.. cuz i'll feel hungry before tt then i'll buy smthin fr dilys... haiz... ok! set! eat less! spend less!

uh.. then rotted ard wif kokfei n meiyee while waitin for lab to start.. my lab tutor's quite alrite. except he seems to like to suan ppl abit.. heck lar.. en meiyee burnt the op-amp.. (the funniest thing that happened today.. we hav quite a good laff about it for the rest of the day..) n it's like smoking.. reallie smoking.. haha.. (n the best part is when the tutor is sayin that if u all see smoke or smell smthing quickly switch off the power n she tot like who will burnt one.. )

my area stinked for quite a while reallie.. n we kapoed the burnt op-amp :X

i wonder if they throw away the resistors we used also.. if they do.. i also wanna kapo... then the breadboard leh? do they throw that away too? :X dunch tink so.. i wan one!!!

i finally sprained my ankle... :S the gd thing is... i'm not maimed right at the start.. ie. i still can walk home n so on...

the bad thing is.. i'm becomin pretty crippled le... after pulling back 12kg of rice + sugar for my mom... i hope i stil can walk tml.. :S

still stuck at my tutorials.. n i'm now tinkin of ideas to turn down the creative wkend job offer.. it's too untimely i tink.. cuz i nxt wk shld be quite tiring... n i tink i nid to catch up on many stuff.. i stil can't conc well in lectures... i shld reallie pressurize myself wif hardworkin ppl like kiat an n &dru...

i nid peer pressure! i nid to study!! i nid to mug! i nid to pay attention!!!! i nid to learn to like my modules n my lecturerS~!

today's a day full of lectures... hmmm... was so sleepy in the mornin.. so sleepy that i din even bother to look n see if i anyone in my sight i noe them... then tot that i mite not be able to spot &dru since i'll be reachin there when the lect is startin (cuz alot alot of ppl.. n lookin @ backviews dunch giv u much clues....) so actuallie msged &dru to mafan him to msg me the seats coordinates.. but end up i found him still... caught him replyin my sms... tink his O2 has slowed down his reply, infact futher slowed dwn his reaction speed.. :S oh well, it's stil new technology still...

managed to keep my brain awake but eyes closed 50% of the time durin heng's lecture... quite alrite.. altho til a pt i tink i'm abit confused.. but tink no prob, shld be able to sort it out myself... afterall, in uni, u're more or less on ur own.. most lecturers can't be depended on... :
sf onli came at the nxt lect if i'm not wrong... well, en i was more awake by then... was tokin abt the MNO book "Zapp" which is reallie nice.. like wat annie said... got this super funny line "hi, my name is Old Macdonald E.I.E.I.O..." reallie funny!! haa.. that E.I.E.I.O actuallie stands for some engineer dunno wat stuff lar... yup.. wif that i listened rather intently to the lecturer.. EE2004... en after tt lect, went out to get food @ dilys... saw jeff sittin outside of the LT, he actuallie wore his no.3 today (i tink it's the 1st time i saw him wear black shoes... n jeans?! he always in berms n sandles..) then realised that he's going comex.. (which i din get to go ydae..) yup.. en went to queue for food... was abt to order when &dru actuallie popped up beside me... en he ordered after me (obviously he cut the queue... n there's a whole hoard of ppl lining up behind.. )... told him that if he get's walloped i'm not gonna help him or anything :X n he said that he was queuein up until when he saw andy cut queue.. so he cut also :S

doesn't matter.. no one was hurt in the end.... then go on to EE2005... aside from laffin at the lecturer's cute(.. erm.. i dunno if cute is reallie the word. ) actions... n so on... n still laggin behind the tutorials.. oh well, of cuz, i did kinda stoned off ard the last hr cuz tt's the end of my conc span.. n i believe it's the same for many others in the LT...

went for lunch @ techno-edge again... sorry to jeff again.. one more week, n can go other place to eat liao :X saw hanqiang, tianyao... onli bot sandwich for lunch n a cup of soursop juice....tok kok...said hi to ashok n chatted abit (well, &dru doing most of the chattin.. :X)..tok more kok... en i spilled my juice over my file... en &dru wanted to shift my file away from the juice gatherin on the table. but somehow the juice almost got onto my notes instead... so he decided to be mean n said that his plan wasn't successful :\ (but it did.. realised that my notes did tio.. sad...)

after tt was ctw lect.. en econs.... was dozin off @ econs cuz i'm reallie too tired... en after tt met up wif ky to pass him the cert n the token of appreciation.. hee.. hope he likes it.. n veri nice of him to treat me to a packet of jelly beans.. veri nicE!

en took 96 to clementi... shopped ard there abit.. went to the mrt station... n boarded the train to town instead..

was feelin kinda bo liao cuz lab haven started... so basically go to school for 2 tutorials onli :S

well, the EE2004 tutor's a china guy.. well, still not so bad.. but my cs1102c's tutor's an indian.. (i.e. language barrier again.. :S) well, and i dun reallie like the way he teaches.. so i'm considerin of hoppin classes? :X

in the middle of tis 2 tutorials got a break (or rather, it's becuz our EE2008 tutorial haven't started..) so was sittin outside wif meiyee.. en jeff joined us after his class, en came along &dru n kiat an. many ppl walked pass us.. like sf, qianyi, christina, polar bear, n i saw tianyao for the veri 1st time since school started at dilys.. hehe. saw annie.. budden she in walk in our direction again... haiz... so buay gum... :S

after tt.. went for lunch wif &dru n kiat an.. meiyee went home straight.. jeff said he's meetin smone for lunch @ arts

the engin canteen was horridbly crowded, n since i'm still recoverin, ie. i had to avoid losta food.. there isn't much choice left... saw kk @ the canteen also... en saw tianyao (again.. haha) en queued at the yong tau foo stall for a veri veri long time before i got my food.. haiz.. always so slow.. sianz....

yeah.. then &dru left 1st becuz he got MNO tutorial... n i got him to inform sf abt it incase she forgets again.. hahaa :S

en me went home after tt too...

stomach flu epidemic...

woke up in the mornin, felt that my stomach's super zhang4... no appetite.... then later my temp starts to go up... felt so weak n rubbery.. esp when the wind started blowing...

dun even hav the stamina to stay online for long.. so went back to sleep.. had panadol...

plan of going to sls to buy the LCD monitor is twart... n i dun feel like leaving my bed at all... puked like 2 to 3 times also... wasted the ling2 yang2 my mom bot... then din even dare to drink any water... juz stayed in bed n slept...

my brother-in-law came over wif my niece n nephew.... then found out that my sis also lidat... then my niece threw up also.. and everyone hav almost the same symptons (except me got the fever..) and found out that my nephew's culprit (cuz he also got stomach flu couple of days ago...)

argh! why i so suay... not as if i got come into direct contact wif him for veri long... yeah.. so all the sickly ones went to see the doc together... all took the same med... had the medicine... one med after every half n hour (quite a torture but better than havin u throw up all the medicine n wasting it..) yup.. din eat anything. juz drank some glucoine.. n went to sleep...

felt reallie terrible cuz i wanna go school tml.. but at tis state i noe i can't lar.. n i can't go ard spreadin that virus cuz it's pretty contagious...

@ the end of the lect.. i finally saw polar beaR!~ hehe.. 1st time since lesson started i tink.. haha... but din tok to him for long lar.. en left for lunch wif &dru, jeff n cheewooi.. er.. tink jeff din wanna go engin canteen n eat one.. but i got CTW :S so i ask him pei us eat.. haha :X n he obliged.. ahaa.. thankiew thankiew :X gonna set fri as engin canteen day.. haha... bo bian.. until my CTW lect stops.. i can't go anywhere else to eat..

(since jeff always eat so fast..) so we all started eatin too.. jeff came back pretty late.. so in the end we all finished before him :X yeah.. en was crapping abt stuff.. dunno abt jeff as a farmer? en do cow herding... n chasing the chickens :X haa.. nm... then dunno tok abt wat.. en jeff's sayin he wans a plane license... n cw commented that he wans license for everything.. so i suggested an mrt license... :X oopz yeah.. then crapped abt the requirements for pilots.. n future car... :X

i never felt so crappy since holz.. :S headed for LT7a after tt, went wif jeff since he's going home too. en bumped into 2 Indians.... and jeff helped them to get to the deans office.. i really noticed something very true about wat my ex-boss said.. find it pretty amusing.. :X

en bumped into sally! n went for CTW.. after that rushed down to arts... n walked in the rain to LT8... :X was almost drenched.. (ok.. mebbe not that but i'm 30% wet by the rain at least)... n had to go in by the front door cuz it's the shortest path from that unsheltered bus stop... let benny n CK saw my lang2 bei4 yang4.. ><~

hmm. end up late :S well, by ard 5 mins.. but the LT's alreadi almost filled up.. heng &dru was earli enuff to still leave 2 seats for me n sf.. else gotta sit at the stairs liao :X

hmmm.. altho the lectures abit boring.. but i tink i was in a more light hearted mood there.. the stressful place that actuallie help mi destress fr other stuff :S

en mi went to blandy's hostel... not bad.. nice n neat.. 'cept tt abit boring cuz she's alone... the onli thing to do is to face the comp le.. :S perhaps, it's good that ey hav hall activities..

Last day of orientation at SENTOSA~!!!

yup, today's the last day! muahahahaaa..

met up wif annie on the mrt today.. went dwn to harbourfront together.. (late of cuz.. hahaha) yup... en, also learnt that lj cfm comin to chap the orientation! (good! we're in need of girls.. hahahaa) yup.. so met up wif lj (and bumped into tianyao) at the habourfront mrt, en went to find the rest at the bus interchanged.. somehow, sat down.. n started playin daidee (originally spe to be bridge.. but christopher realised he forgot how to play that) yup... en after one rnd or so, i let some one take over? (i forgot who.) en went to settle the attendence stuff wif &dru... waited for a few more chaps to come.. en went for lunch at the hawker centre there...

after findin seats, i went back to the mrt station to look for vibhu.. that chap never tell me whether he's comin or not (in the end he din come?! n never inform me smmore.. argh.. nm..) yup... en juz got anything n ate.. (anything happens to be beehoon... a huge plate which i onli cleared like 50% of it..) yup... en lj n cj onli ate like one pc of prata each!?!!? omg..

yup... en was abt to leave for sentosa when tianyao suddenly called back (he wanted to go in n get volleyball 1st..) to say that he lost a couple of cards at the hawker centre.. so &dru n weiping stayed to look (but can't find it.. n tianyao went back to look for it in the end) and ey took the nxt bus.. haa.. tis time, we reach palawan beach much much faster.. no more jungle trail as jeff said :X yup.. en put down our stuff. settled down... n splitted ourselves up into 2 grps, one play ultima frisbee n the other soccer.. i was in the frisbee one.. (and of cuz, din managed to touch the frisbee much due to my height.... but not as bad as my orientation last year.. cuz the guys played low (due to wind)) was in and out of the game, haa.. en after that...got reel tired.. n rested.. (suddenly tot everyone mite not hav the energy to play again... yikes..)

yup.. en dragged lj n cj to go play volleyball... juz hit ard lar.. the ball alwayz stray off when the guy beside me hit.. :X then almost hit a bunch of girls who's suntannin at the corner behind me... en tianyao dunno get chairs fr where.. n we started playin captains ball? everyone played... n still the ball keeps going out.. (wonder why the bunch of girls dun wanna move n rather sit there n get hit by the balls..) then we played so long until i tot i gonna get a stroke or smthin.. so called for waterbreak (muahahaa..) then i guess ppl all went back to slack.. en annie ey all went to play volleyball i tink.. (ie no more ball for captains ball..) en we witness tianyao climbin a short coconut tree... haa.. it's quite funny... en more ogls (zhenrong's gang) join us...en got qijia n alvin teachin us how to play the "tuo1 game" haa.. erm, cuz the guys majority already took off their tops.. so its like nuttin left to tuo... so... lipsticks again :X yup.. in the end everyone is forfeited... haha.. :S after that, becuz of havin lipstick all over the body.. all went into the water.. and started our ultima frisbee in the water.. haha

well, i also din stay thru out the whole game lar.. sometimes by skin's burnin so went up n put more sunblock, then tianyao splashed sea water into my eyes. (which already tio the sea water..) so went to take off my contacts.. (for a moment, i cldn't find the contacts cuz it shifted up... :X . shldn't hav rubbed my eyes..) yup..took off my contacts, managed to make my way back n locate my glasses.. haa. en played awhile.. en went to help out to fill water bombs..

then after a while.. benny n lj had to go.. so the avalon took some fotos (tink it looks pretty lame :X) yeah.. en continued on wif the water bomb game after we filled like 100++ bombs.. the yr4 snrs took over tis game lar.. me n &dru ran out of ideas... then annie also duno much abt the games.. n the gamemaster (hanqiang) didn't join us cuz he went to buy food wif kiat an?

hmmm.. that game i din play.. but i kena all the strayed off bombs.. bobo shooters... *dionk* en i tink christopher tried to bomb me after the game.. he called my name.. threw the bomb at me n i caught it (wif the tot he's gonna pass to me at 1st..) :S ok.. nm.. haha..

yup, went to wash up after that n started the bbq.. dunno who suggested that me n cj n kiat an shld go marinate the stingray.. :S yup.. sambal sauce... en tianyao pass us his green tea shampoo to use as soap.. so me n cj's hands reallie stinked after that.. cuz the sambal sauce smell we din managed to rid off it.. n now, plus green tea.. phew.. *pinch nose..* so hafta tahan my smelly hands for the rest of the day... argh.. en we got a small mobile pit lar.. en juz peng some stuff there lor.... a small grp of us, mainly kiat an &dru, nicholas, jian kai, joseph (and some other wandering souls.. haa) n me there... yup... en occasionally jeff brot us some food fr the main pit.. din eat till veri full.. but well, it's fine lar.. en sally came ^_^ yup.. en also held the election for the year rep for both EEE n CPE...yup.. not bad... :P

my grp got quite a no. of nominees eh.. hehee.. too bad benny isn't there.. else wld hav dragged him up too..

Orientation Day 2

hmmm... tot i was gonna be late, and i was, but the thing is, i'm still the 1st one to reach there... perhaps i'm really destined to be early?! (in a sense, it's good :X) yeah... then &dru came after that.. n for quite some time, no one else came (which made me wonder if we got the place wrongly..) finally~ zhenrong came! haha.. en ppl started streaming in...

well, the attendance today isn't that good... but i shld say that all the fun ppl are down lar.. so things somehow worked out altho there's last min changes n so on...

yup, played the telematches n so on... i played in the 1st game (which i reallie dun wanna play at 1st) which is the dip hair in water.. haha.. i see the guys veri sad lar.. all hair so short :X yup.. obviously my team won. haha.. well, as for the rest of the telematch, things din go that smoothly lar.. but somehow, my team also hecked the results.. haaa..
en went for a break.. en started the foot-a-thlon.... well, i had to say they ain't that smart in a sense.... haa.. or rather, shld i say ey veri lao3 shi2..? went all over to find the ans.. .:X yup.. bumped into polar bear in the middle of the game.. so he tagged along to kaypoh.. hahaha.. oh ya, shenghwee's wif moi grp too.. zhenrong went to help weiping wif solaris.. (&dru's grp, but &dru's the gamemaster..) well.. apparently, after the game i realised that the other stations like no body went.. so &dru's station's the bziest.. haa.. :P and i guess alot of ppl muz be wonderin who so sadistic (me!) to let them touch a raw cracked egg for the blindfold game.. hehee...eh... i never put chicken head already veri good liao hor.. almost put that in :X

yup... so somehow, my grp won (i dunno how also.. ) yup.. got the prize.. n they decided to split it up n bring it all tml for sentosa to eat :P

well, today tiring.. somehow.. dunno why... den tok alot of cok wif my grp ppl cuz lunch time too long :X yeah... but not bad lar the guys.. n my grp onli got one girl (not includin me that is..) haa.. jialat.. this time girls veri veri little.. dunno where all go to liao.. tink the guys quite sad also :X
the ogls went to eat at clementi after that.. :P watch an potential catfight but no outbreak in the end :X

went back to nus to help out for the orientation booth (think at tis point of time, it's better than me stayin at home bah...) quite boring actuallie... have to keep smiling keep askin ppl the same stuff... and i suspect cpe ppl juz bluffed me that ey are not n walked off :\ sad... yeah.. en got tired somehow... en annie's into her "mood swings" again? she told us not to sian sian.. but i tink she's worse in the face cuz she looks sian n lian hei hei.. :X but i'm glad she went for a long lunch... wif tianyao? :X ey 2 not a couple lar.. but if ey ever become one.. ey reallie gonna be a huan1 xi3 yuan1 jia1.. :S
anyway, today at the booth got annie, hanqiang, kiat an, tianyao, zhenrong, ivana n me.. :X not all at the same time cuz onli got 4 passes lar.. quite boring.. but heng got frens come visit the booth lar.. haa.. like zhengyang, nianjuan, shenghwee, chinmay, ashok, jerry n &dru. oh ya, i forgot to say, xiaoming also went to sign up at the booth :X he reallie in cpe?!?
but i dun like my break time.. nuttin to do.. n alone.. darn glad that i found shenghwee n chatted wif him for a while.. else i tink i gonna rot til like dunno wat...
packed up ard 515pm... n left the place ard 540pm.. &dru's done wif his juggling club stuff so came to help too.. so we brought the stuff down to the ece club room, &dru's helpin to carry the pvc poles lar.. en annie tied her 3 helium balloons onto the pole... n i was laffin sayin that normally ppl carry loads on their shoulder are downwards.. why is his anti gravity.. :X en annie added 2 red paper bags to the back of &dru's pipe.. n she started callin him the samsui man? :S she suggested that he wear the red bag on his head.. :X
yup, anyway, end of the samsui man... we reached ece club room n started discussin things there.. n rotted.. i was so tired i tink i'm in quite a daze.. en the rest are all crapping again... (wif &dru gettin rather lost in the end still... cuz it's all in chinese...) yup.. en hanqiang keep sayin wanna go eat dinner..so we left... n at the bus stop.. annie suddenly let go (deliberately) of her balloons.. en end up there starin at the balloons fly... nice scene la.. but... i tot that's illegal.. yeah, en ey started crappin again.. dunno how end up talkin abt guys in s'pore no qing2 qu4.... en &dru asked me wat it is... n i realised i dunno how to translate... :X so told him it's something like being romantic... en hanqiang ey all start to help translate also.. haa (guess no one wans to listen to annie tok :X )
yup.. but i din join them for dinner.. in the end onli hq, ka n &dru went to eat.. the rest all went home.

went dwn to sim lim square to help my ex boss check the cstar cd.. no prob.. so means my boss's comp got prob liao.. en went back to RELC to pass back the cd n helped to install that thing again... stayed for half n hour plus plus en left the office wif eugene (snr of all snr there.. haa) en went to return n renew n borrow book in the orchard lib.. en headed back to bugis.. shoppin ard... en waited for zx ey all to come.. en headed to lena's school for meeting...

attendence.. 7.5/8.. why leh.. cuz ey kept sayin that jsim's "soul" is there.. (his views on the agenda printed out by erik that is.. :X) en did abit of voting, crapping laffing.. n zx's constant time keeping.. oh ya, got a "guest".. its lena's giraffe... hurrmph? (i dun even noe if i got the spellin rite.. :X)  ok... meeting ended at ard 10++pm... headed home after that, everyone braindead
