A rather nice day~

Woke up from a rather serene dream (if you disregard all the walking around) this morning. Couldn't remember much of it except that the AS peeps are there. Not all of them but more of like the process of meeting up?

Went for my 3208 lab late (deliberately) today since I could afford to miss out on the video which I've watched on Monday. Wasn't a wasted trip at all, and managed to learn about other stuff, say the hexbin2 program and the hyperterminal which are to be used instead of vterm.

After the lab, I went to get food from Dily's again since I'm alone. Maybe I should try bringing a lunchbox. Then again, I've already brought one (for the pcb board! lol, well that's what they called it). :X Yup, so I sat down at the super windy area as the wind threatened to blow everything away (yes, even my laptop). Always wonder why is that area just particularly windy. Did some research for 3001 and waved to friends who've passed by. Then jh and his 2001 grp members (wx n lw less yx) stopped over and asked for advice. Which I think by then, it really occured to me that the designs for the amphibious vehicle are rather limited. Maybe might see some interesting breakthroughs =p Then Chinmay came over and I showed him my PCB board (super glad that I've finished soldering!) and soon ndru appeared too, after informing the rest that he's going to DTU for SEP. (Actually, wx and lw r both ndru's frens to begin wif). Infact, he's flying off on Sun. As for the reason(s) for why all these last min things, well, he just keep saying he'd been foolish, tho I thought it's more of a matter of indecisiveness. Oh well, all ends well... somehow. Hope cw and his grp will survive as a 3 man team... but hey, it's cw afterall, he can do it i'm sure :p

saw many stuff today... saw people parachuting (though I thought NDP is still rather far...), saw this fashion show on the mobile tv which I have to force myself not to laugh at it (the models' expression are simply too funny. And not to mention the way the match the models with the clothes). And also a couple of kids, which have rather interesting characters... they give me abit of kampong feeling... and it seems like the are not local... or at least not born locally... :x

finally back home~ juz had another eventful sat =p

1stly, early in the morning 830am got make up lect for 4212... woke up to my noisy alarm clock at 615am... n decided to go lie on my bed a while more... who noes? i feel asleep straight away until my mom woke mi up at 7am o_o|||

so i rushed abit... but tio stuck at choosing clothes to wear.. lol... the problem abt no sch uniforms.. gotta tink... so end up wearin one of my fav long sleeve fr Fox (thin material v comfy~~ <3 ) and the skirt omy they all got mi fer bdae~ skipped my breakfast.. n headed off to sch.. in sports shoes (i noe it's a lil weird.. hee).. somehow.. my instinct told mi not to wear heels... n darn glad i am tt i din afterwards..

was checking abt the lect fr sf (who reached on time) n learnt fr her that the lecturer got arrange webcast... so i went like heng fer a min cuz i noe i'm gonna miss at least half n hr of it (esp when i juz tio a rather bad tummy ache then n wanted to rush to the ladies str8 after i alighted the bus)... budden end up the webcast technician din come :S haiz (accordin to sf he mite hav overslept LOL)

lect was eventually short... (erm since i did miss like half n hr fr it).. after that, went to E2's comp lab n slacked... well i tried to do my tutorials.. but they're simply beyond my powers.... sigh..

eventually due to many well, unecc stuff.. i was kinda late durin meetin up... tho not that late since everyone is late too...

met up wif erik n lj at 1st.. en went mos burger to eat.. then xq came.. then we went stadium.. n tk joined us shortly.

today's mission: to help erik fine shoes n shirt n help xq find shoes too...

so after messin ard taka fer q a while.. went to far east n had delicious gelato on the way lol...spend lotsa time in far east... walked alot... then after at ard 5 plus le then took bus to heeren.. cuz raining.... then walked smmore.. until js showed up.. then gradually headed fer killiney street to find dinner... 5 bucks. v worth :)

sat there chat long long.. then after that left n went OG for 2nd round! lol... left 4 home after tt~ and end up onli xq din get her shoes... erik got a nice pair of puma shoes that has shoelace at the side instead... similar to annie's but colour diff of cuz! n he got a scuba diving t-shirt lol... js also got a shirt.

all is well~ yey! hahaa worn out fr all the walkin

skipped my jap lect n went to send ty n jeff off after the 3208 lect wif annie, &dru, jh n cw~ then realised that hq's there too... n also one of ty's fren whom i spoked to b4 but i actualli forgotten his name =X

haa... quite interesting la overall... and quite surprised that jeff's gf din go... mebbe scared of seein him leave then feel upset? .. well wun be seein them fer one whole year... mebbe can see them thru webcam bah.. but i dun hav one myself.. lol... jeff told mi i shld invest in one... haa... let's see if there's any cheap cheap ones ard...

din step out of my house one bit thruout the whole weekend... onli did abit of revision then spend the rest of my time watching the 1st 16 eps of bleach.

wif tis shut in thruout the weekend... i reallie tot of some stuff, which i can't help feeling a tad angry abt... but then again, i guess the world works this way and should be glad abt it if i look at it another way.

perhaps i shld be less ke4 qi4 also. hah.

i predict an arrival of sore throat... but i just can't stop throwing stuff into my stomach... my mouth is bored... and prolly the coldness makes mi feel like eating more than usual? (storing up of adipose tissues to keep myself warm. lol)

as i've mentioned, the rain has been going on almost continuously for days... not that i hate cold weather but the hassle of having to bring umbrella and getting your feet wet and cold... enough about the weather... back to my life...

i've already reach an all year down (at least for now for year 2006)... utterly sian... sian of almost everything... except eating... and wif sianess comes many other bad things la... but i can't seem to perk up fer much now.. not exactly excited abt the new sem... n nuttin much to look fwd to... and bringing up abt alumni matters juz makes mi more vexed... those scores... arGH...

not a bad start for a new year i guess... tho i realised that i haven't gotten my luck back.. shucks.. where did my luck go?

hmmm, i din managed to slp enuff bah... so was feelin rather sian in the mornin... so the plan fer late morning til afternn is to go klunch @ lot 1 n go lia's hse after tt. spe to meet up wif erik to go.. but end up he cldn't wake up on time (lol, kinda expected. hehee) yup, so met up wif ahp (no.1 who reach there 1st) n lia (who came shortly after tt) to go kbox 1st.. got room 28, but found out their klunch time is 1030 to 1330... weirdz... and tk wil b late too (perhaps even later than erik?)... but well, better than he din come bah.. lol.. he stil insist on wearin his contacts even tho he wil b awfully late le.. hahaaa...
lunch menu: sushi or chicken culet.... little choice ne...

so we 3 gals.. keep choosin lotsa songs... and as usual, my start of is sun yanzi's ben1... a.. very wrong song fer warm up i tink... but cuz it's always the 1st on the list... hmmm.. hope sun yanzi comes up wif another one word song soon.. lol
then sang many other songs... too many le la... then erik came... tis time he sang lotsa andy lau's songs... tk came later... then by then i guess i sang finish almost everything i feel like singing liao.. so let them choose then sing here n there.. hahaa.. lia choosed a v funny song.. by lara of nan2 quan2 ma1 ma1... super act cute song.. can teh the wang xin ling's ai ni liao... :X

overall not bad... quite enjoyable n found out that ahp sings well too... lia also.. (tho last time go sing wif her once b4.. but can't actualli remember le )*claps* hahaa..

we extended the hrs also.. ordered 3 more drinks... hmmm.. mebbe like erik say not that worth it.. but nvm la.. haaaa.. hmm then after sing finish le lj n js joined us... was supposed to go lia's hse i guess.. but cuz i tink no point i go there warm my seat then leave... so end up everyone sits at macs cuz can't make up mind? oopz... sry sry.. shld hav urged u all to go her hse bah.. then found out many not stayin fer dinner... dotx... (but i also not la.. hahaha :X)

hmmmmmm... so i stoned abit here n there when they were chattin... not that i can't catch.. but nt v interested at that pt of time.. n i was still mullin over if i shld lompang andy's car to annie's chalet... so i left at ard 1630.. end up erik n tk left wif mi also.. oopz.. haaa.. but i see erik buay tahan liao.. he was dozin off like every few seconds in mac.. or zonin out lol

so went home... prepared... n lompang andy's car there.. quite glad i did.. cuz like wat yvonne said.. that place is reallie v ulu.... will possibly die if i walk (n i always walk one.. at least to downtown east...) and we sorta missed the chalet blk cuz was tinkin if there's a diff btwn pool terrace n terrace ? erm.. ha nvm... reach le.. en went to join the rest... ppl there got jeff, ty, xiu cheng, hq n gf(suddenli can't rmb her name :X), sally, christina, merina, yvonne, yng and andy... then junyong n his gf came later.... we stayed in the room there eat.. then end up i playin bridge wif yng, von n ty.... well, as i said again, i haven't regain my luck.. totally din regain.. haiz... suan le... en ty accuse that i pass my bad luck to him :(

after that then annie cut cake liao... her cake is nice.. candles too but i guess those candles not nai4.. which is nt suitable cuz 21st bdae cake always gotta take lotsa foto before singing n cuttin lol.. then we stood by the window.. a veri good spot actualli if not fer the puddle of water infront of my feet n drippin water from the roof due to rain.. but stil good la.. haa.. then we cram there take foto wif annie also hehee..

after that then got some discussion abt modules (again.. unavoidable topic reallie. ha) then went back to the room... not long after tt xc, ty, jeff, hq n gf left... n we also proceeded to vacate the room n started standing ard outside.. lol.. annie stuffed us some chocs n cookies fr denmark.. i tink the cookies r nice =P got cinnamon.. then taste abit like gingerbread man also.. so we chatted n eat cookies.. while merina stuff herself fer one round lol... i reallie mean literally stuffed it into her mouth.. hahaa

en we went to say bye to annie... but end up havin a chat wif her b4 leaving also hehe.. en lompang andy's car back again tis time wif von n sally. hahaa

overally, not a bad new year afterall~ =D but i reallie nid my luck back!!!
