joined polar bear's parents fer dinner last nite over @ bugis...

one thing i just can't help noting... his parents are like mine.. in the sense that... the father will always walk way way up ahead leaving the mother far far behind... eh... why lidat?

is it something that runs in their era? cuz i think it's quite sad.. dunno why the husband wants to walk so fast... hahaa my dad dun seem to hav a answer.. my mom doesn't bother... she says eventually he'll still stop to wait fer her anyway. LOL

i guess in future, i'll make sure i walk fast enuff... =x

due to the lack of bloggin... (oops) i guess i've like missed out on a few events (recent and not recent but those not recent ones, i guess forget it for now... hahaha!)

anyway, wif my new commitments :X my life is almost fully packed le
ok, it's not supposed to sound negative ok? anyway, i'm still very glad to be able to meet up with groups of frens (though i just missed one yesterday~!! argh!) and even more glad that i'm not too broke to spend abit. =p tho time is always quite packed and i find myself rushin here and there even for a while... i can say is, everything till now has been worth it. =p

due to career reasons, camera isn't exactly something i could bring along with me... so sadly some short yet nice moments (like even rushin down to starbucks to just drink latte fer less than an hr) left uncaptured... i hav to be dependent on fren's cam =p and gladly stil gotten some nice fotos~ (**wun post some cuz i figured that i dun look nice in 'em =X)

anyway, some updates:

tis week... supposed to be more free since polar bear's off on ICTs... but ended up i was sick on sunday onwards (till today i consider myself recovering more significantly) so i was bz tryin to recover...

then polar bear bot mi harry potty (or wat tk wld call it mao mao - as in furry/hairy :S) and i juz can't keep my hands off the book... well, once u start u can't stop?

and i'm stil occupied wif co pracs on certain day n nite.. argh so reallie no time to come online... at work also can't go online much since there's limited access to webbys n also have to prevent myself from hoggin the comp... argh...

suddenli i got so deteched from the net... but i guess i nid more slp now.. so i shall go slp.. after one more chapter of mao mao. haha

btw, the tix for "The Reunion" (pdtn by AJC alumni as a whole... CO of cuz got perform) is up fer grabs... need details pls lemme noe.. nid to cfm the tix by tis fri.. so lemme noe... can always email mi.. my gmail that is...

commencement~

today really marks the last day of mi @ nus~

well, it's a pity quite an amount of cpe peeps din take part in the ceremony nor came down to take more photos. the cpe grp foto's not very complete.. haiz.

but still, it is as chaotic and ever. and hot... lol! but it's fun to catch ppl and take fotos with 'em... now the problem is... i gotta go ask for photos from others...  =p

so... anyone got fotos to send mi? can do it via yousendit.. since i dun hav the chance to stay online so much nowadays :S thx~

well, the whole commencement ceremony was rather short... and i guess some people really just disappeared shortly after that...  haiz... so in the end no big gathering after that... nxt time bah~

still, managed to hav a nice dinner @ crystal jade... their porridge is reallie goot!

new environment

guess i've mentioned to some that i've moved to my new workplace location...
i'm really havin probs about revealing details here... so work related entries will always be not reallie work related. haha! and names wun be mentioned here....

the project i think is pretty big... and i'm there wif a portion of the members that's under ST... and i'm the only gal there.. haha... fer some reason, i'm so damn glad that there's the course organised fer us before i moved over... cuz i get to noe the person who's in the same proj as mi.. which is good.

well, they are q nice chaps on the whole (some nicer some not that nice haha) and i haven't been doing much work these 2 days (ydae and the day before) cuz we're in the process of "expanding" our office and is moving lotsa stuff around... not to mention untangling cables... (tons of them)
at the sight of it really can faint..

then also helped our new "neighbours" to move in... tiring job these 2 days.. tho i din reallie carry alot of stuff... (since the guys wun let mi)

well, hope the work's quite handable.. den i gues i'll reallie enjoy workin there!
